Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Canada & USA: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 14–21 business days
- Rest of World: 14–28 business days
Canada & USA — Duties & Delivery Included (Pre-arrangement Required) For orders shipped to Canada and the United States, we offer a service that includes door-to-door delivery and all customs clearance fees at no additional cost. This service must be arranged prior to placing your order. Please contact us at vgmyoxo00x@gmail.com before checkout to confirm eligibility. Orders will only be dispatched after confirmation.
Europe — Customs & Duties (Case by Case) For orders shipped to European countries, customs duties and import taxes will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss applicable fees and arrangements.
